Alice Davis

Founder, ABD Advisory

Alice Davis is a real estate advisor who specializes in data-driven strategy and project execution. With more than 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, she translates market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that advance development goals. Her work integrates analytics, financial modeling, and applied research to help clients make confident, future-focused decisions.

Prior to founding ABD Advisory, Alice served as a Practice Leader for Strategy at Gensler, partnering with planning design teams on projects across the U.S. and internationally. She is recognized for her ability to bridge quantitative insight with design thinking to guide feasible, impactful, and future-ready development. Her career has centered on development finance, feasibility analysis, and public-private partnerships.

Alice previously held in roles in the City Planning departments of the City of Boston and the City of Dallas, and at SB Friedman Development Advisors in Chicago.

She holds master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and City Planning from MIT and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Alice is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she serves as a Product Council co-chair.
